1.1 Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. The following conditions apply:

  • More Than 30 Days Before Departure: You are eligible for a full refund minus a cancellation fee.
  • 15-30 Days Before Departure: A partial refund will be issued with a higher cancellation fee.
  • Less Than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.

1.2 Cancellation by Us
In the event we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues:

  • Alternative Arrangements: We will provide alternative arrangements of equivalent value if possible.
  • Full Refund: If no alternatives are available, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit your request in writing including your booking reference and the reason for the request. Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Eligible Refund Amount: Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and may be adjusted based on the circumstances.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the receipt of your request.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items
Certain fees and charges are non-refundable, including:

  • Booking Fees: Any service or processing fees incurred at the time of booking.
  • Third-Party Charges: Fees paid to third-party providers that are non-refundable.

3. Amendments to Bookings

3.1 Changing Your Booking
Requests to amend bookings (e.g., changing dates or services) must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees:

  • Date Changes: Adjustments to travel dates.
  • Service Modifications: Alterations to services or accommodations.

3.2 Fees for Amendments
Fees for changing your booking may include:

  • Change Fees: Charges for altering your reservation.
  • Additional Costs: Any extra costs arising from changes.

4. Special Cases and Exceptions

4.1 Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider waiving cancellation fees or providing partial refunds. Proof of circumstances may be required.

4.2 Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential costs related to cancellations or changes. Insurance may provide additional coverage for unexpected issues affecting your travel plans.
